Hello, Inspiration Circle!
Thanks as always for each one of your feedback, critiques and comments - I do read and appreciate each one. And thanks for your continued support in fueling the Inspiration Circle as I re-visited your p-blogs in return! B-)
I just shot this one on Saturday at the wedding of Jansen and Airin, whose toes you can find here, and their "almost" passionate candid kiss here. B-) Yup, they finally tied the knot today.
So the next few posts will be dedicated to them. I decided to start with their bouquet...neatly placed below the altar - on what is commonly known as the "kneeling bench" - except these were a couple of white cotton pillows placed amongst a bed of red and white rose petals. Congrats, guys! Here's to a life full of blessings and joyful memories, J & A! B-)

this is very nice,henry!I really like the background a lot!and the lighting cast on the pillow and flowers. Weddings over your side seem much more creative and beautiful compared to singaporean ones!But then again,how nicely a wedding is done most of the times depends on how much the couple is willing to pay here..i just heard a pastor said during a wedding sermon that how 'beautiful'(u know,the decor,the atmosphere and stuff) a wedding is has no bearing at all on how the marriage will turn out.Much heart,much effort still has to be invested as a couple work out their marriage.Blessed marriage,J and A!

Hi , I am so happy for these guys - I remember them from the "toe" shot. May their married life be as wonderful as these photos. How fortunate they are to have such a talented person take their wedding photos. Beautiful colouring and shading on the florals... stunning as usual!

A great detail shot. Well composed and lovely colours.
I like the way Anthony, above, excuses the intrusion in the background as "forgivable", because after the eye runs over the bouquet, which you have photographed so well here, it is inevitable that that extraneous object will be noticed -- at least by other keen photographers like us! It's alright, though, as this is not some private still life you were shooting, and as anyone who has photographed a wedding seriously knows, more often than not, there will be somthing in the way at the best of moments.
