Hello, Inspiration Circle!
Thanks for your comments and critiques. The positive feedback that you've given to better my framing, composition, technique, etc., have really helped me in fine tuning what I will post on my portfolio. Thank you so much!
This is continuing the "color" encore series of wedding photography that started with the b/w collection here, and sepia experimentation here. This one is a picture of Jansen and Airin as they were walking out immediately after the pronouncement of "man and wife". The ceremony took place at the quaint and lovely Acqua Hotel in Marin County. By the way, that lady in the background on the left happens to be Airin's mom...just love how she also looked so happy! B-)
Sorry I've been busy at work and haven't been p-blogging much nor kept on the pace of "every-other-day" post. But I will certainly re-visit your p-blog soon!

Great angle here. And I especially like the persons in the background: the woman at the left looking straight into the camera, the man applauding and the other man taking photos, too. These are so typical gestures during a wedding and they provide a very good framing for the couple in focus. Well done!

they are like some celebrity couple.Everything,the mom who happily (i presume) hands her daughter to this charming man,to the right corner of someone taking pictures of the happy occasion,the background scenery.thegroom looking so happy and satisfied and the bride's lovely and charming smile...you caught it all in one pic!What a wonderful work!

Another beautiful shot! I think I really like the colour photos of weddings you have more than the black and white or the sepias. I guess it could be that with getting married your life becomes more "colourful", with new people, new experiences and adding a new stage to your life. To top off, the colours show the happiness of the day. This photo's rich colours with the people's smiles just shows how wonderful a day that was to them. Good job on capturing that emotion!! :)

Ok, so every one says great shot, lovely shot, etc... Dude, the timing to capture the moment was very good. The couple looks really happy and have great smiles on their faces. But to tell you the truth and trying to be constructive here, I would have tried to zoom in a bit more. Would have lost that head in the front and all that empty space above their heads. The sky looks good but you could have croped it a bit more. Maybe if it were taken in portrait position...
Man, this is just my opinion, I know these shots are hard to get because this is all too spontaneous, and you managed to grab the moment and that's what's more important!
